After our initial consult with Fidel, we met with him again the morning of to review any major limb removal, and Rafael helped us with questions we had during the tree trimming/shaping process. They were patient and helpful with all of our concerns.(It genuinely is an art— you definitely need guys who know what they’re doing so the tree looks balanced and doesn’t have big holes.) Rafael is amazing! Watching FIVE STAR TREE PROS and their team work is really fascinating to see. They have this down like an old song and dance. They are swift, precise and clean up afterward to leave your trees looking beautiful once again. I am very pleased with the service we received on our demolition project. JRP made everything simple. They took care of everything including the application for the necessary city permits. They were very knowledgeable in that they knew what would be needed to complete the project, and they finished the job in a timely manner. After the job was complete, the plot of land where the house once stood was completely cleaned off. All company representatives including the project coordinator were courteous and helpful. Five stars for Five Star Tree Pros! My father and I recently experienced the excellent service of Five Star Tree Pros when one of their teams arrived to supplement a team from their sister company, Garcia Professional Tree Service, for work they were doing for us. (See my separate review for that.) While the Garcia team dealt with a tree removal in our back yard, the Five Star team removed four major branches from two live oaks in our front yard so that nothing would be hanging over our house, blocking light from our street light, or interfering with trash pickup. They were well equipped, worked efficiently, caused no damage to our house or yard, and cleaned up well afterward. Their team leader, Raphael, was friendly and spoke perfect English. Their work was all part of the very fair price Garcia Professional Tree Service charged us, so I'm confident that Five Star Tree Pros would have been similarly fair had I called them instead. This company(Chris) came back right away when we sent them two pictures of the tree roots that they were supposed to remove. The 1st thing I would like to say is that they have "responsibility". This is a good sign unlike many other companies who do not come back after getting paid. Secondly, I watched the workers do their job cutting many of our trees and I would conclude that the employees were constantly in action moving fast and getting the job done and resting only in a minimal period of time. Overall, they did a great job and I would give a 5 star because of how fast, detailed, and professional they were for cutting the trees and doing the stump grinding. Read Less
